What do you love about your current role?
Negotiating the best price for my clients and having a positive impact on their life. Seeing them happy for being able to move on to the next chapter in their life is all that matters. I sincerely care about people and love giving without expectations from anybody.
What’s the best career decision you’ve ever made?
Starting and running successfully my own real estate company for more than 6 years. Started from scratch, opening an office in an area where already had a name and adding a team of quality people. Our relationship was based on trust and amazing communication which helped our business to grow. We were always rewarded for our hard work with multiple “Awards” during this time. Our systems/process was great and we were backed by an amazing administration team which was the heart of our business. They were the best 6 years of my career and the best money I earned too. But I am passionate about what I do, let’s not forget that.
What’s the worst career decision you’ve ever made?
Selling my business for personal and family reasons as I had to return to Europe to my family. I had to decide what to do in 2 weeks and decided to sell, unfortunately as it was my best year out of those 6 years but I had to do it. Family is always first.
What do you think is your greatest strength?
Trustworthiness, enthusiasm, and determination.
What do you think are the secrets behind getting to where you’ve got to now?
Passion for what I do, caring about people around me, a positive attitude, waking up every day, and decide to be happy, and commitment.
