Hi, I’m Tracey, and I am a Human Resources Specialist and Career Coach with 20 years’ experience working with a range of clients in the private and public sector, including international and cross-cultural experience. I am driven by a passion for helping others, supporting clients in building their self-awareness and finding solutions that enrich their lives.

My personal style is warm, engaging and she utilises humour and listening skills to build trust and explore possibilities, using a solution-focused coaching approach and a focus on strengths and competencies.

 have worked for a global career transition and outplacement organisation as a coach, supervisor, and resume writer, providing a range of support services as clients navigate the challenges, uncertainty, and pressures of work and life.

To support clients, I provide individual professional coaching and mentoring, using coaching tools and cognitive strategies to empower and facilitate rapid personal and professional growth.
