Hi – my name is Paula and I have had a career that’s anything but linear, I’ve built a life around curiosity, reinvention, and saying “yes” to growth. I’m a true multipotentialite, thriving across corporate leadership, professional development training, education, events, and hotel management, while also nurturing several small-business ventures along the way. My academic journey reflects that same hunger for learning, with degrees in Education, Psychology, and Business, all grounding the work I do in both evidence and empathy.

For more than 25 years I’ve supported people through career development and transition, drawing not only on my professional expertise but on my own lived experience navigating change. I speak widely on themes like the intersection of personal and professional growth and the power of midlife reinvention, topics that resonate deeply because I’ve walked them myself. Right now, I’m completing a Master of Counselling (my seventh degree and second Master’s), driven by the increasing need for therapeutic support in career transitions. For me, this work isn’t just a profession; it’s a lifelong commitment to helping people evolve, recalibrate, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
