Nikki

Hi – I am Nikki Louise, and I’m one of the Directors of LME Coaching, where I lead a large coaching team supporting individuals and organisations through career transition, redundancy, and change across Australia and New Zealand.

I help people navigate those moments where things feel uncertain, overwhelming, or unclear, and turn them into something more positive, focused and forward-moving. I naturally think in a big-picture way and have a strong ability to quickly understand people, identify their strengths, and see opportunities they often can’t see for themselves. I’m known for simplifying what feels complex and helping people gain clarity on what’s next.

I’m passionate about supporting individuals through career change, whether that’s rebuilding confidence after redundancy, changing direction, or stepping into a new chapter. I work closely with organisations to ensure people are supported in a way that feels genuine, practical, and human during times of change.

My approach is straightforward, empowering, and focused on real outcomes. I believe with the right support, a career transition doesn’t have to feel difficult; it can be a powerful turning point.
