Hello, my name is Michael. I am a leadership coach with more than 15 years of experience helping leaders, executives and organisations improve performance, communication and workplace culture. Throughout my career, I have worked with CEOs, senior executives, managers and HR professionals across corporate, government, not-for-profit and private sector organisations, supporting them to strengthen leadership capability and build high-performing teams.
My passion lies in helping people better understand themselves and those around them. I specialise in team dynamics, workplace relationships, emotional intelligence and practical leadership development. As an accredited AusIDentities facilitator, I use proven behavioural profiling tools alongside practical coaching strategies to help leaders develop greater self-
awareness, improve communication and create stronger, more engaged teams. I have also facilitated numerous leadership development workshops and team-building programs designed to drive lasting behavioural change.
My coaching approach is solution-focused, practical and outcomes-driven. I work alongside leaders to navigate challenges, solve complex people issues and maximise the potential of their workforce.
