Hi – my name is Lisa and I am a qualified career counsellor and facilitator. With more than 6 years experience under my belt, I am driven by a desire to see people work in a field, industry or calling that inspires them. I love to develop new thinking pathways of what is possible, how to achieve these dreams and turn them into reality.

My personal style is light, engaging and intuitive. I am empathetic and my professional manner supports people feeling the range of emotions that may occur during redundancy. I believe we all have the answers to what we desire and through facilitating conversations and uncovering skills, knowledge, experience and work based goals and visions she is able to guide people to creating a happy work life.

I have worked in a range of roles mainly in Talent Acquisition and also provides training and courses for people looking to start a business online, in addition to contracting as an outplacement consultant.
