Hello – I am Fay and I have extensive Coaching, Consulting and People & Culture experience working alongside Executive Leaders to create and implement organisational and people
development strategies.

I am highly skilled in helping individuals to clarify their goals, values and strengths and coaching people at all levels to achieve personal and organisational goals. I also have extensive experience coaching members of the Australian Defence Force through periods of change and adapting to a range of complex circumstances.

My Organisational Development experience has provided me with a thorough
understanding of the career transition process and deep capability supporting
employees at all levels impacted by organisational changes. I have also managed many Talent Development and Succession Planning programs and coached participants to achieve their career goals.
