Hi, my name is Erin, and I am a qualified Career Practitioner and Full CDANZ member (Career Development Association of New Zealand) with experience in tertiary education, operational management, leadership, and business ownership in career development.

I have worked on multiple outplacement contracts and government pilot programmes, specialising in resume and cover letter preparation, interview coaching, and guiding clients through the career change process. I am well known for building rapport, fostering trust, and helping individuals overcome barriers to find their path in the workforce.
