  • Tech-Savvy Practitioners

Comfortable using Telehealth and digital systems to deliver high-quality remote support sessions.

  • Organised & Professional

Skilled in reporting, case documentation, and client follow-up with excellent attention to detail.

  • Collaborative Team Players

Open to working under EAP frameworks and comfortable with short-term, solution-focused sessions.

  • Ethical & Confidential

Self-managed professionals who maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and client care.

Our Requirements

Essential qualifications and capabilities for joining our collective

  • Proven Experience

Minimum 3 years’ experience in one-on-one outplacement and career transition coaching.

  • Recognised Qualifications

A qualification in career development is a requirement, with the minimum being a Cert IV in Career Development.

  • Professional Membership

Preferred if you have an active membership with an accredited body (e.g. CDAA, CDANZ, ICF, etc.).

  • Business Registration

Valid ABN (Australia) or NZBN (New Zealand).

  • Professional Insurance

Professional Indemnity/Public Liability insurance (minimum $2M / $10M coverage).

  • Telehealth Capability

Ability to provide confidential Telehealth-based sessions with a secure internet connection and quiet workspace.

  • Compliance Training

Willingness to complete EAP onboarding and compliance training as required.
