Hi, I’m Tracey and I am a Human Resources Specialist and Career Coach with 20 years’ experience working with a range of clients in the private and public sector, including international and cross-cultural experience. I am driven by a passion for helping others, supporting clients in building their self-awareness and finding solutions that enrich their lives.

Tracey’s personal style is warm, engaging and she utilises humour and listening skills to build trust and explore possibilities, using a solution-focused coaching approach and a focus on strengths and competencies.

Tracey has worked for a global career transition and outplacement organisation as a coach, supervisor and resume writer, providing a range of support services as clients navigate the challenges, uncertainty and pressures of work and life. To support clients, Tracey provides individual professional coaching and mentoring, using coaching tools and cognitive strategies to empower and facilitate rapid personal and professional growth.
