Hi, I’m Richard — Director of LME Coaching, leading a national team of experienced coaches supporting organisations and their people through career transition, redundancy, and workplace change across Australia and New Zealand.

I specialise in partnering with EAP providers and employers to deliver practical, high-quality career support that sits alongside wellbeing services. My focus is on helping individuals navigate uncertainty, whether that’s redundancy, role change, performance pressure, or career direction, and turning those moments into clear, forward-moving outcomes.

With over 20 years’ experience, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients across Australia, New Zealand, and the UK, giving me a strong understanding of the commercial, operational, and human challenges organisations face during periods of change.

What sets my approach apart is its practicality and relevance in real workplace environments. I don’t overcomplicate the process, I focus on helping people gain clarity quickly, build confidence, and take meaningful action. This not only supports the individual, but also helps organisations maintain engagement, reduce risk, and protect culture during times of transition.

Through LME Coaching, I lead a scalable and responsive coaching network, delivering both telehealth and on-site support aligned to client needs. We work closely with our partners to ensure a consistent, professional, and human experience for every individual we support.
